Welcome to the website of DTS (hereinafter — the “Seller,” the “Company,” “we”). By placing an order or using the website dts.com.ua (hereinafter — the “Website”), you agree to the terms set out below (hereinafter — the “Terms”). Please read them carefully before placing an order.

- General Provisions and Subject of the Agreement
2.1. This document constitutes a public offer (an agreement for the provision of services and/or sale of goods) in accordance with Articles 633 and 641 of the Civil Code of Ukraine.
2.2. Placing an order on the Website constitutes the user’s (hereinafter — the “Buyer”) full and unconditional agreement with these Terms.
2.3. If the Buyer does not agree with any provision of these Terms, they must refrain from placing an order on the Website.
2.4. The Seller reserves the right to unilaterally amend these Terms. The current version is always available on this page.
- Order Placement and Pricing Procedure
3.1. All prices for goods listed on the Website are stated in Ukrainian hryvnias (UAH) and are current at the time of order placement.
3.2. The Seller reserves the right to change product prices until the order is confirmed. The price fixed at the moment of order confirmation is final for the Buyer.
3.3. An order is considered accepted from the moment it is confirmed by the Seller’s operator — by phone, messenger message, or email sent to the address provided by the Buyer at checkout.
3.4. If the ordered product is unavailable in stock, the Seller will notify the Buyer as soon as possible and offer:
- a similar product (if available);
- to wait for the product to arrive, with an estimated timeframe;
- to cancel the order and receive a full refund of any payment already made.
- Payment
4.1. Payment for goods is made by non-cash bank transfer to the Seller’s bank account specified in Section 1 of these Terms.
4.2. Payment details are sent to the Buyer after the operator confirms the order, to the email address provided by the Buyer.
4.3. Bank fees for processing the payment are paid separately by the Buyer, according to the servicing bank’s rates, and are not included in the product price.
- Delivery
5.1. The Seller delivers goods using the following methods:
- to a “Nova Poshta” branch — throughout Ukraine;
- via in-house courier delivery — terms and cost are agreed with the manager individually;
- internationally — according to the rates of the selected carrier, with terms agreed with the manager individually depending on the recipient’s country.
5.2. The exact timeframe is determined individually in each specific case, depending on the order volume, product availability in stock, and arrangements made with the Seller’s manager.
5.3. Delivery cost is paid by the recipient according to the current rates of the selected carrier, unless otherwise agreed with the manager separately.

- Product Returns and Exchanges
6.1. Returns and exchanges are carried out in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Consumer Protection.”
6.2. A product of proper quality may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided its appearance, completeness, consumer properties, seals, labels, and documents are preserved.
6.3. For drones, electronic boards, and other electronics, “use” also includes: connection to power or other equipment, startup, flight, programming, firmware modification, installation/removal of components, disassembly, or modification of the product.
6.4. Funds are refunded to the Buyer after the Seller receives and inspects the product.
6.5. Return shipping costs for a product of proper quality are borne by the Buyer. For a product of improper quality (factory defect), return shipping costs are borne by the Seller.

- Warranty Obligations and Service
7.1. Products sold by the Seller carry a warranty period in accordance with the manufacturer’s terms specified in the product’s accompanying documentation.
7.2. If a factory defect is discovered within the warranty period, the Buyer should contact the Seller using the contact details specified in Section 1 of these Terms for diagnostics, repair, or replacement of the product.
7.3. The warranty does not cover malfunctions resulting from mechanical damage, violation of operating rules, or unauthorized interference with the product’s construction or software.
- Protection of Personal Data and Confidentiality
8.1. The Buyer’s personal data is processed by the Seller in accordance with the Law of Ukraine “On Personal Data Protection” solely for the purpose of placing, processing, and fulfilling the order.
8.2. Detailed procedures for the collection, storage, and processing of personal data are set out in the “Privacy Policy.”
