Product Returns (Drones, PCBs, DTS Electronics)
Return Conditions
A product of proper quality may be returned within 14 days of receipt, provided it has not been used and the following are preserved:
- product appearance;
- completeness of the set;
- consumer properties;
- seals, labels, and documents.
What Counts as “Use” for Drones and Electronic Boards
In addition to normal use, a product is considered used if any of the following have occurred:
- connection to power or other equipment;
- startup or flight;
- programming or firmware modification;
- installation/removal of components;
- disassembly, modification, or other actions that could alter or damage the product’s functional properties.
Inspection Procedure
Upon receiving a returned product, we inspect:
- completeness of the set;
- technical condition;
- signs of use, damage, or modification.
⚠️ Preserved packaging and external appearance alone do not constitute proof that the product was not used.
Grounds for Refusal
If the inspection reveals use, damage, modification, or interference with the product’s construction or software on the buyer’s part, the return may be refused in accordance with applicable Ukrainian legislation.
Refunds
The product is returned by the buyer in accordance with the procedure established by law. Funds are refunded after the product has been received and inspected.
