DTS operates on a batch-order model -from a request for a commercial proposal to an agreed shipment schedule.
Batch Volumes
The minimum volume for batch supply is 1,000 units. For smaller volumes, delivery terms are agreed with the manager individually.
Shipment Schedule
The first shipment of a batch – the first 300 units – is delivered within 4-6 weeks from order confirmation and agreement on the technical specification.
Subsequent shipments are made weekly; the volume of each shipment depends on current production load and is agreed with the manager at the order stage.
The exact schedule is fixed individually for each contract, depending on the total batch volume, configuration, and production workload.
Contract Procedure
- agreeing on the technical specification and product configuration;
- preparing and signing the supply agreement;
- agreeing on the shipment schedule and payment terms;
- production and phased shipment of the batch according to the agreed schedule.
Logistics
Large batches are delivered via scheduled freight runs, as well as through the “Nova Poshta” service, depending on batch volume and customer preference. Logistics terms for batch supplies are agreed with the manager separately.
